What Our Employees Have to Say

Working for Schweizer since early 2018 has been an incredible opportunity. In 2018 we started with truckloads of aircraft parts and a blank slate. Since then, we have built a fully accredited FAA-Part 21 aircraft assembly operation and are supporting the Schweizer rotorcraft fleet around the globe. Being part of the Schweizer team has provided a unique perspective into many facets of the helicopter and aviation industry, including the rewarding experience of building exceptional aircraft that we get to watch take flight.

Craig NielsenEmployee Story

I'm a firm believer that a passion for helicopters is built into one’s DNA. I've been fortunate to see that same belief here at Schweizer and work alongside individuals who are motivated to continue the legacy and longevity of these aircraft. There are many rewards that come with working at Schweizer - but, above all, the reward of making an impact in its history is an unmatched honor.

Angelica (Angie) ThorntonEmployee Story

I have had the amazing opportunity of working for Schweizer since March 2021. I came from the construction industry, and the incredible Schweizer team had no hesitations working with me to get up to speed with aerospace standards. When I started the Schweizer team was just getting the new production line operational. As of today, Schweizer continues to produce new helicopters and has a continuous part supply for the existing worldwide fleet thanks to our amazing team. Being part Schweizer has been an amazing and rewarding journey, with amazing opportunities for growth within the company.
